i really appreciated the cleanliness of my standard double room. the breakfast was great (especially the pastries!). i also found the proximity to the train station to be very convenient. parking on-site was definitely a plus for me.
The bathroom showed a little wear and tear. the shower faucet could use some attention. It was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was acceptable with enough options.
The room had flattened pillows and uncomfortable coarse linens, so it did not feel clean to me. The kettle smelled like curry even after I washed it (the smell filled the whole room after use).

the location was acceptable for exploring the area.
the bathroom seal was faulty. it continuously drained water, despite using the stopper. the shower tube had a leak. water splashed everywhere. the cleaner only refilled coffee. they did not empty the room bin nor change used towels, even though i didn't put out the 'do not disturb' sign on my second day.

the hotel room had a nice design, and the bathroom was clean i found a bright modern design throughout the hotel. the location allowed for easy walks into the city center. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. i also liked the fussball table in the reception area.
the bed cushions provided were notably small. also, i did not find the bed to be comfortable. these small details slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The staff was helpful. They swiftly corrected my room card when it stopped working. the reception area allowed for relaxation and tv viewing. the reception operates 24/7 which is very helpful.
